Overview

The following are basic packages that can be tailored to add or take away a service, to suit your needs. All packages are customizable.  (An hourly rate may apply to services beyond our specifications.)

The grand finale Package

Customized to fit the needs of our client in planning and direction from the beginning to the end.  This package is created for the busy client or out of town client who chooses to have complete coordination service and attention. From budget planning, personal timeline, and direction in making the decisions in a timely manner.  The client makes all the decisions, (unless the planner is requested to). Prior to the event, the planner will make sure everything is ready, plus run the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception departure.

Destination Events

For our clients who want to go elsewhere, we have a destination package, which includes everything that the Grand Finale Package has, but more, to cover all the extra details that arise with traveling.

Show starter Package

For the client who wants to partially plan their own event, with professional help. With in-depth meetings providing direction, and suggestions for planning your event. As well as some of the details, you either don't know how to accomplish, or don't want to handle yourself.

Firecracker Package

For our clients who have made all their vendor selections and decisions, but still want to be hands free at the event. This package allows us to personally take the plans and details. To organize them into a week of, and day of agenda for the professional service vendors. We will ensure all plans are in control and followed through on the day.

Sparkler Package

For clients who want to plan their own event, but need some expert advice on where to begin and the steps in the planning process.  During two meetings you will be provided a event planning packet to keep track of all your details. As well as the personal direction and suggestions from the planner in planning your event.
